Giant Eagle, a national supermarket chain, wished to increase employee engagement by providing an intuitive, easy-to-use, mobile-responsive user experience for PeopleSoft Performance Management.

Challenge

Giant Eagle transitioned from SAP SucessFactors to a custom PeopleSoft Performance Management module they built using PeopleTools. Although they were able to re-create the workflows in PeopleSoft, they were unable to improve the appearance, usability, or mobility of the PeopleSoft user interface.
