This Privacy Statement applies to InFlight North Corporation and its US subsidiary (“InFlight,” “we” or “our”). This Privacy Statement governs Personal Information we collect from our customers and online users (“you”), as well as information we automatically collect from your online visits (e.g. data collected via cookies). “Personal Information” means information that identifies you, such as your name, telephone number and email address.

We, at InFlight, treat the privacy of our clients and visitors to our website with the highest importance. This Statement details the measures we take to preserving and safely guarding your privacy when you visit or communicate with our site or personnel.

  • Information collection

    We may ask you to provide Personal Information or have access to your Personal Information when you

      • Request downloads or information from InFlight;
      • Register for InFlight events or webinars;
      • Participate in promotional activities online or in any other venue;
      • Subscribe to newsletters, promotional emails or other materials;
      • Apply for a job at InFlight, submit your resume/CV; or

    Personal Information we have access to or request from you may include your email address, name, home address and telephone number. Job applicants may be asked to provide information such as educational background, employment experience and job interests. Such information may be recorded and processed in different countries. We may also collect demographic information, including  your age, gender, vocational interests, and related matters. Any InFlight forms that you complete will indicate whether the information requested is mandatory or voluntary.

    We may collect information about your visits to our websites, including the pages you view, the links and advertisements you click on, search terms you enter, and other actions you take onInFlight web pages. We may also collect certain information from the browser you used to come to our website, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and language, access times, the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the website that referred you to our website and to which URL you browse away from our site if you click on a link on our site.

    In order to offer you a more consistent and personalized experience in your interactions with InFlight, information collected through one source may be combined with information InFlight obtains through other sources. We may also supplement the information we collect with information obtained from other parties, including our business partners.

    Some InFlight services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company. If you register for or use such services, both InFlight and the other company may receive information collected in connection with the co-branded services, and may use that information according to each company’s privacy statement and other agreements with you.

    InFlight uses your Personal Information to:

    Method of Collection of Information
      • Cookies – InFlight websites use InFlight and third-party “cookies” to help personalize your online experience. We use cookies to store your preferences and other information on your computer in order to save you time by eliminating the need to enter the same information repeatedly. A cookie is a piece of text that is placed on your computer’s hard drive. Depending on the settings you have selected, your browser adds the text to your device as a small file. Many browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You have the ability to accept or decline cookies as you prefer.       • Log information – When you access InFlight solutions via a browser, application or other client our servers automatically record certain information. These server logs may include information such as your web request, your interaction with our web site, Internet Protocol address, browser type, browser language, the date and time of your request and one or more cookies that may uniquely identify your browser or your account.
      • Client communications – When you send email or other communications to InFlight, we may retain those communications in order to process your inquiries, respond to your requests and improve our solutions and services. We may use your email address to communicate with you about our solutions and services.
      • Other sites – This Privacy Policy applies to InFlight’s site and services only. We do not exercise control over other sites who may display, reference or reproduce our content, or include information about InFlight solutions, products or services. These other sites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data or solicit personal information from you.
      • If we use this information in a manner different than the purpose for which it was collected, then we will ask for your consent prior to such use.
  • Targeted email marketing by InFlight

    You may also receive email marketing from InFlight that is personalized based on your visits to InFlightintegration.com and your browsing history. In addition, when you click on some links in email marketing you receive from InFlight, our email service provider may place a cookie on your browser. This type of cookie would be linked to your email address or IP address and used to gather information about the webpages you view. Information gathered from a cookie liked to your IP address or email address may be used to personalize and customize future email marketing messages you receive from InFlight. You may always opt out of this use of cookies by InFlight by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in every personalized email marketing message you receive.

    InFlight will never sell your personal information or any data derived from cookies placed on your browser or otherwise linked to your email address or IP address.

  • Opting Out

    Any marketing email you receive from InFlight includes a provision for you to opt out of any further marketing messages from InFlight.

    InFlight also provides visitors to our website the opportunity to receive general communications such as our regular newsletter, product promotions and any other information that we feel may be pertinent to the visitor. You may also opt for receiving these communications by emailing marketing@inflightcorp.com, by replying to any email we send you requesting that you be unsubscribed or by clicking on the unsubscribe link provided in every email marketing message you receive.

    You may also request to be unsubscribed from any communications or marketing materials from InFlight by emailing Privacy@inflightcorp.com.

  • Information sharing

    InFlight only shares personal and client information with other companies or individuals in the following limited circumstances:

    • InFlight, or such other companies or individuals accessing your personal information, has your consent to do so.
    • We provide such information to our other trusted businesses or persons for the purpose of processing the information on our behalf. We require that these parties agree to process such information based on our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security protocols consistent with InFlight’s SOC2 certification.
    • We have a good faith belief that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary to (a) comply any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request, (b) enforce applicable terms of service we have agreed to provide you, including the investigation of potential violations thereof, (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues, or (d) protect against harm to the rights, property or safety of InFlight or its clients, consistent with or as permitted by applicable law.

     

    If InFlight becomes involved in a merger, acquisition, or any form of sale of some or all of its assets, we will ensure the confidentiality of any personal information involved in such transactions and provide notice before personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

  • Information security
    • InFlight is certified SOC 2 compliant.
    • We take appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access to or unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of data in our possession. These measures include internal reviews of our data collection, storage and processing practices and security protocols, including appropriate physical and network security measures to guard against unauthorized access to systems where we store personal data. We also encrypt sensitive data where appropriate.
    • We restrict access to personal information to our employees, contractors and agents who need to know that information in order to process it on our behalf. These individuals are bound by confidentiality obligations and will be subject to discipline, that may include termination and criminal prosecution if they fail to comply with these obligations.
    • InFlight does not store sensitive data any longer than necessary to meet the obligations with respect to which such data was originally collected.
  • Accessing and updating personal information

    When you use the InFlight website, we make good faith efforts to provide you with access to your personal information and an opportunity to either correct this data if it is inaccurate or to delete such data at your request if it is not otherwise required to be retained by InFlight pursuant to applicable law or for legitimate business purposes.

  • Enforcement

    InFlight regularly reviews its compliance with this Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, it is InFlight’s policy to contact the complainant regarding their concerns. We will cooperate with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that cannot be resolved between InFlight and the complainant.

    Please note that this Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will post any Privacy Policy changes on this webpage and, if the changes are significant, we will provide you with a more prominent notice (including, for certain circumstances, email notification of Privacy Policy changes).
