At times like this when everyone is faced with uncertainty, we’d like to reassure you that our company and employees are taking every precaution to ensure that we all remain healthy and that our business and services are not interrupted by these events.

InFlight has already taken many precautions, such as implementing a work from home policy, which has been in place since March 12, 2020. Additionally, 50% of our workforce is already remote and dispersed across North America, which provides an additional buffer of social distancing and functional redundancies in different geographies.

Our typical remote work practices have also limited the amount of exposure and risk employees experience since frequent travel is not required. We have also stopped all non-critical travel, domestic or international, company-wide until further notice. InFlight is providing information to educate our employees on appropriate hygiene, social distancing techniques, and what actions they should take should symptoms arrive.

All our business functions will continue through our usual online communication, collaboration, and productivity stack. InFlight will remain in communication with each other and with our customers for the duration of these events.

With these precautions and our existing business continuity plans in place, please be assured that InFlight is doing all that we can to ensure our service to you remains unaffected in the weeks to come.

Our team is committed to navigating this situation together with you. And most importantly, we wish you, your family, and your community good health.

Thank you,

The InFlight Team
